Facility rules
Ballards Ash will close at 11pm Sunday through to Wednesday; and at midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The bar will close and the playing of music must cease at least 30 minutes prior to the venue closing to enable people to depart.
The premises and some outside areas, including the patio area are non-smoking. Smoking may only take place in the designated areas.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The use of adhesives, adhesive tapes, nails, tacks, drawing pins or similar must be agreed with the Booking Manager at the time of booking.
The Hirer will not allow studded or muddy footwear or clothinf to be worn inside the venue or on the patio area.
Functions involving large numbers celebrating with alcohol will require a minimum of two doormen. Prices will be quoted dependent on timings and must be paid in advance.
As Ballards Ash is the home of Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Club and is primarily used for sports events, we run a strictly NO DOGS policy on the site.
