Favourable discounts are available for all members of Royal Wootton Bassett RFC. Please let us know if you are a current member when you make a booking.

Applicants for the hire of Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Football Club (Ballard's Ash) Clubhouse must complete an official club Booking Form and return it to the Bookings Manager within 14 days of the start of the period of hire.

The Booking Fee must be paid in full to Royal Wootton Bassett RFC before the commencement of hire.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. Cheques should be made payable to RWBRFC please. bank details can be found on our Booking Forms.

A refundable security of £100 is required in respect of Section 3 of our terms & conditions.
