We work with a professional independent celebrant - www.heartfeltmoments.co.uk - who specialises in crafting unique, heartfelt, and very personal wedding ceremonies tailored to each individual couple. No. As Ballards Ash is the home of Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Club and is primarily used for sports events, we run a strictly NO DOGS policy on the site.
We also offer ample free car parking for your guests during events at Ballards Ash, accomodating up to 300 vehicles. The car park includes allocated disabled parking bays directly outside the entrance to the building.
Extended our premises with Marquee Hire
We hold a number of functions throughout the year that rely on external event marquees to extend our premises through to the outside, and our Event Management Team can put you in touch with our marquee suppliers.
Our marquee hire suppliers are dedicated to providing great looking marquees for events - whether this is for a small garden party for a few guests, or for a grand ball for several hundred people. They can also supply marquee furniture and equipment which can be tailored to suit your needs. We are able to work closely together with you and these suppliers to ensure every event goes as smoothly as possible, from initial enquiry right through to the day of your event.
At Ballard's Ash, you can enjoy dancing to a band or disco in our Main Function Room until 1am. We can even arrange the evening's entertainment for you! Please ask us for details.
Traditionally, the Wedding Breakfast is the first meal taken by the Bride and Groom in their married life together in the company of their family, friends and guests. This meal is the centrepiece of your marriage celebrations and we pride ourselves in satisfying your expectations.
Your Wedding Breakfast can be served as a traditional sit-down meal or informally as buffet style in a choice of two reception rooms, including our self-contained Main Function Room. Our Clubhouse Manager or their representative will be on hand on the big day to ensure all runs smoothly.
From Finger Buffets to Canapes, BBQ or Hog Roast - we understand just how important food and drink is to celebrate your most special occasion.
Our friendly Events Team can put you in contact with an excellent range of caterers who support a wide range of budgets. We have access to chefs who can create the most delicious choices of seasonal menu options, made with fresh locally sourced produce, for you and your guests to enjoy.
We will be more than happy to meet with you in the early planning stages, to discuss your menu selection and any specific dietary requirements which need to be catered for.
